On average, projects are completed in just a few weeks. Pre-sale scopes such as paint, flooring, lighting, and kitchen or bathroom refreshes are the fastest. Whole-home remodels take longer, and we set the schedule before work starts.
How quickly can you start?
After the in-person consultation you receive a comprehensive estimate within 48 hours. Once the scope is approved, we schedule the crews. Tell us your listing date and we work backward from it.

Your dedicated designer does, with you. Finishes are selected for buyers in your local market when you are selling, or around how you live when you are staying.
